As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll translate customer and product strategy into Customer Lifecycle (CRM) plans, working with your team to manage through to execution. You’ll be responsible for the delivery & measurement of value to existing customers across the customer lifecycle.
We’re looking for a strategic marketer, who is truly customer obsessed and willing to go the extra mile to deliver world class, experiences, and commercial results. You’ll be responsible for working relationships with agency partners and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you’ll deliver on-brief, on-budget and on-time campaigns and other marketing deliverables that drive customer outcomes we can be proud of while delivering commercial performance.
This role will suit someone who comes from a background in CRM or Lifecycle marketing within a large complex organisation, who can drill down into our data and provide clear insights and make it actionable. You’ll be skilled in the test/learn/optimise approach to marketing communications and programmes through a variety of channels and touchpoints. You’ll also be an expert in your craft and enjoy coaching and developing your team and wider stakeholders.

8+ years’ marketing & communications experience within a large, complex organisation.
Proven expertise within your specific marketing craft focusing on driving performance and commercial outcomes.
Hands-on project management experience with the development, delivery, and optimisation of integrated marketing communications
Experience working in data-rich sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, or service-based industries a plus.
Comfortable working with complex products, services and processes.
Ability to gather and translate relevant insights into consistent quality briefs for all communications.
Manage expectations and prioritise a complex workload often with conflicting demands and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcome.
