The Opportunity

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and growth marketing efforts. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing channels with a focus on customer acquisition, ROI, and revenue growth. 

We are looking for someone who is data-driven and passionate about finding creative ways to meet business objectives. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and ever-evolving market conditions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel paid media strategies (including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic).
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: planning, budgeting, targeting, copy, creative direction, and analysis.
  • Optimize performance through rigorous A/B testing, creative iteration, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely and build strong XFN relationships with creative, content, product, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.
  • Lead reporting on KPIs such as CAC, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Explore new channels and growth opportunities to scale new user acquisition.
  • Manage agency, platform partners and media budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, preferably in B2C, fintech, and crypto
  • Proven track record managing various budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in paid search, social, and display programmatic 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Looker, or Metabase
  • Familiarity with attribution models and data tracking (e.g. MMPs like AppsFlyer)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different areas of the business. 
  • Passion for experimentation, growth, and results.

Preferred Qualifications and Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Ideally in crypto or financial services or tech. 
  • Knowledge of SEO or CRO is a plus.
  • Google Adwords accredited is ideal. 
  • Professional Blockchain or crypto experience
  • Personal blockchain or crypto interest and experience

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in fintech or finance-related industries.
  • Personal and professional experience in blockchain and crypto is a plus.
