Your new role - As Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise, you'll take ownership of complex marketing programmes from strategy through execution, and your work will directly shape how we approach the enterprise segment. This role sits at the heart of our sales enablement efforts, and gives you the opportunity to build genuine breadth in demand generation, working closely with our campaign and channel teams to keep enablement content aligned with what's driving the pipeline.

- Lead sales enablement strategy for the segment.
- Design the content and tools ecosystem that supports the sales team across the full buyer journey. Accountable for sales productivity metrics influenced by marketing.

- Actively contribute to demand generation: evaluate campaign performance, contribute to channel strategy, and ensure enablement content is aligned with active demand programmes.
- Participate in commercial planning — contributing to the brief, not just executing it. Interpret marketing performance data and adjust approach accordingly.

- Can articulate how your work contributes to pipeline and ARR. Interprets marketing performance data and adjusts approach accordingly.
- Demonstrated active engagement with the opposite marketing orientation — not just awareness, but contribution.
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programmes with high autonomy. • Strong writer and presenter.
- Can construct a persuasive argument at peer and leadership level.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator.
- Comfortable managing upward and working with sales counterparts.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or research/academic markets is valued.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
