Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement (International) to lead our International enablement team. This role is ideal for a strategic and agile leader who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments—someone who can transform complexity into clarity, drive impactful programs, and lead a team of enablement professionals to success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and support to drive excellence across international markets.

  • Drive Clarity & Execution: Design, structure, and execute high-impact enablement programs that align with business priorities.

  • Enable Sales Success: Deliver best-in-class content, training, and programs that empower sales teams to achieve and exceed their goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and align diverse stakeholders with varying priorities—navigating challenges with diplomacy, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Content Creation & Delivery: Develop compelling, relevant, and actionable enablement content tailored to the needs of international sales teams.

  • Program Management: Oversee multiple enablement programs, ensuring smooth execution, adoption, and measurable impact.

  • Adapt & Optimize: Continuously assess and refine enablement strategies, keeping pace with evolving business needs, market dynamics, and feedback from the field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus.

  • 7+ years within SaaS industry and 3+ years in a sales enablement role 

  • Prior track record of success within a sales organization

  • Management experience and coaching ability.

  • Experience working with international teams, understanding regional nuances, and tailoring enablement strategies accordingly

  • Proven experience building and scaling sales enablement programs

  • Strong facilitation and enablement delivery skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and drive adoption across diverse sales teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
