The Senior Manager of Regional Marketing - DACH will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing South, you will work closely with our DACH Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure all marketing efforts meet our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering highly impactful, integrated marketing tactics and events, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Your ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence will be key to generating the pipeline coverage needed to achieve quarterly bookings targets.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the voice of the DACH region in EMEA marketing discussions, collaborating with all GTM (Go-to-Market) functions to ensure regional needs are met
Partner closely with DACH sales leadership to develop and execute marketing plans that deliver pipeline and revenue goals
Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to maximise regional impact
Lead the Workiva brand strategy in DACH by developing and executing regional initiatives, including events, media, thought leadership, and partnerships
Orchestrating integrated campaigns and ABM programs and ensure end to end execution, monitoring and reporting on sales pipeline
Analyse and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to DACH and EMEA leadership
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of related career experience in B2B Marketing with a focus on brand building, Demand Generation, and regional marketing
Minimum 3 years direct people management experience preferred, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers
Strong track record of designing and delivering best-in-SaaS integrated campaigns, ABM programs, and events in the DACH region
Deep understanding of the DACH market, including regional business culture, buyer personas, and competitive landscape
Fluent/Native English and German speaker
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
Experience working within a global matrix organisation, collaborating with international team
Experience in data-driven decision making to drive key business outcomes and effective communication to stakeholders
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
Up to 25% travel for internal and customer events
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
