We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to optimize and scale our marketing operations. This role will oversee go-to-market campaign operations and the supporting tools that drive demand generation. As a key player within the marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, advancing marketing maturity, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Head of Marketing Operations to define and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to streamline the technical elements of campaign production processes, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact.
- Ensure the right technologies, processes, and tracking mechanisms are in place to support campaign execution, particularly through optimization of our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot).
- Build and optimize marketing automation, including building workflows, smart lists, and segmented nurture campaigns.
- Collect, analyze, and apply data insights to measure performance outcomes and shape campaign strategies. Be able to tell a story with the metrics that enables the go-to-market teams to improve and adapt.
- Work collaboratively with the go-to-market operations teams to optimize our cross-functional technical ecosystem, implement cutting-edge technologies including AI tools, and lead special projects aimed at enhancing go-to-market operations.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and serve as the internal subject matter expert.
- Oversee marketing database management, including segmentation, data hygiene, and governance to support personalization and targeting efforts.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implement data governance best practices.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development support to team members within the Marketing Operations function.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, demand generation, or related fields within a B2B technology or cybersecurity company.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, ABM, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools a plus.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and knowledge of enterprise B2B sales cycles is a plus.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and scalability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
