Due to our continued growth and success, Intapp is looking for a Senior Manager, International Accounting to join our Belfast team.  You will be a part of a growing, innovative team and will work closely with our international entities.

What you will do:

  • Roll forward and prepare annual bridge files and financial statements from US GAAP to local accounts for international entities and maintain reconciliations to support the reconciling items
  • Preparation of data required for filing of local statistical returns (for example, (UK survey, Australia IAS/BAS filings)
  • Lead the local statutory audit requests
  • Preparing information for PBC lists
  • Preparing the audit/ accounting fee accrual calculations
  • Review reconciliations prepared by GL Team on periodic basis and prepare additional schedules to support local GAAP
  • Take proactive actions to improve the accounting process and keep management informed of any possible / probable accounting implications
  • Prepare audit timeline and keep management updated
  • Liaising with auditors as well as internal Intapp cross functional teams and resolution of their queries
  • Liaising with cross functional teams for data and information, required for internal reviews and support audit requests
  • Continually improving internal controls and ensure compliance for areas owned by Compliance Team

 What you will need:

  • Certified Accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience of working with Big4 firms would be preferred
  • Strong experience under controllership function with statutory financial reporting under IGAAP, IFRS, FRS102 and US GAAP
  • Strong knowledge on intercompany accounting
  • Working experience with large company filing in UK and on EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
  • Working experience with compliance related to acquired entities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and stay organized while multi-tasking
  • Ability to work well as the leader of the Compliance team or independently as required
  • Possess strong analytical skills (MS Excel), problem-solving, critical thinking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Google Suite and  NetSuite or other ERP is an advantage
  • Willing to work flexible and later during local UK time
