Research, design, develop and test robotic and machine learning applications for driverless technology company. Duties may include: Design and develop vehicle path planning algorithms. Research, implement, evaluate, and deploying deep-learning based methods for planning for autonomous vehicles. Design and develop complex, highly scalable, and latency optimized software. Improve and deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing and code reviews. May telecommute.
Additional Description
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field and One year of work experience as a Robotics Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Robotics Intern, or a related occupation. Background, education, or experience must include: Optimization and search-based planning & control; Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning; Vehicle Kinematics and Dynamics Modelling; Robotics specific development, debugging, testing and simulation tools (RViz, Gazebo, Unity, ROS, CUDA, Pytorch, or Linux); C++; and Python.
Compensation:
  • The expected base compensation for this role is $193,000.00 to $205,000.00 Annually.
  • Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
