• Design, develop, and optimize software solutions with a focus on high performance.
• Implement and troubleshoot concurrent and multi-threaded systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend/core development
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Strong ownership mentality with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
• Good English communication

Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range - starting from 16.400 PLN gross per month
