Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.

Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.

Create, maintain, and utilise documentation.

Assist building compliance with processes and policies.
Desirable Skills and Technologies

Exposure to automation software such as Ansible/Puppet

Experience or knowledge of various Red Hat related products, including Satellite 6, OpenShift 3/4, RHEL/CentOS 6/7/8, and RHEL Atomic/CoreOS
-
Knowledge of scripting with Bash, Python, and/or Git
-
Experience of AWS

Basic understanding of CLI
