As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you'll be working closely with the Director of Internal Comms, crafting a dynamic global communications framework that drives employee engagement, fosters alignment, and strengthens our culture. In this role, you'll be a voice of our organization, ensuring that our teams are inspired, informed, and united around our shared goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to partner with leadership, influence key decision-makers, and play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and employee experience. You’ll work cross-functionally, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time—helping us create an environment where every employee is empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and deliver strategic messaging that excites and aligns our internal teams with company goals and values.
  • Drive employee engagement and advocacy through clear, transparent, and impactful communication.
  • Participate in creating a culture of open communication, where employees feel connected, valued, and informed.
  • Define and optimize our internal communication channels, ensuring scalability and providing essential tools for senior leaders and teams.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to advise and craft compelling content.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in corporate and employee communications, with a track record of driving impactful strategies.
  • Experience in a global, fast-paced organisation with a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate to ensure messaging resonates at all levels.
  • willingness to travel regularly across our various markets. 
  • digitally savvy professional with the ability to leverage modern tools and technologies to drive communication impact.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in medium to large organisations is essential. 
  • Experience in scale-up is preferred.
