Location: Milton Keynes

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Service Implementation projects, supporting hardware and service deployments for retail customers. 
  • Managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely project execution. 
  • Scheduling manufacturing activities and releasing equipment in line with customer requirements and project plans. 
  • Collaborating with customers, engineers, suppliers, and project managers to maintain effective stakeholder communication. 
  • Scheduling resources for installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and project rollouts across customer sites. 
  • Monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, identifying risks, and escalating issues when required. 
  • Coordinating logistics and procurement activities to ensure equipment, parts, and materials are available when needed. 
  • Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures. 
  • Supporting project forecasting by updating financial data, cost projections, and budget reviews. 
  • Tracking project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making. 
  • Managing financial change control processes, including cost impact assessments, approvals, and budget updates. 
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
  • Demonstrating strong written and verbal business English communication skills.
