Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

HR Frameworks and Tools

  • Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.

HR Data Analytics and Insights

  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Analyzes  HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), payroll, employee surveys, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs; deliver elements of the technical design; provide financial, market, and legal analysis and insights; draft internal management proposals and reports.
  • Support the design and delivery of executive compensation programs, providing relevant internal financial analyses, analysis of external practice, and commentary on regulatory developments.
  • Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights;  

Performance Management

  • Use the organization's performance management systems to manage and report on performance improvement action plans and progress.
  • Plan and implement actions to build capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

Culture and Wellbeing

  • Support the design, implementation, monitoring and reporting on Culture, DEIB, EVP, Employee Wellbeing and Hybrid Working initiatives aligned to the organisational strategy and objectives. Report on results and culture action plans and results
  • Provide support to relevant stakeholders in terms of Culture, DEIB, EVP, Employee Wellbeing and Hybrid Working
  • Identify and address issues or challenges with the company culture, promoting values and behaviours that align with the organisational strategy and business objectives
  • Support Wellbeing Community of Practice to implement Segment/Country plans and initiatives aligned to the Employee Wellbeing Framework that addresses targeted business risks and hot spots
  • Partner with change and communications teams to support the implementation of employee engagement strategies that fosters an inclusive and high performing culture that attracts and retains top talent

This role provides input into BU and Segment People Plan with the core focus being on developing and implementing tactical HR people plans to drive organisation effectiveness. This role partners with Senior Management teams and is responsible for the implementation HR plans and advisory services. May manage a small team of HR Professionals in a large team.

Information and Business Advice

Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.

HR Data Analytics and Insights

Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

Employee Relations Case Management

Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual employee relations cases; support managers at formal hearings.

HR Data Management

Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Internal Client Relationship Management

Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
