As we embark on our journey of rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate Senior HR Business Partner to join our empathetic and data-driven HR team.
You will play a central role in building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. Your mission will be to recruit top talent and establish a foundation for their success and fulfillment. Collaborating closely with peers, management, and colleagues across departments, you will nurture a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What you’ll do:
- Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talents that align with our values.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and promote engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
- Cultivate and strengthen company culture through organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
- Address employee relations matters by offering guidance and support to employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Continuously assess and enhance HR policies and procedures to optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate professional development and training opportunities that empower employees to grow and excel.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR professional specializing in recruitment and enhancing employee experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively in international teams with peers, management, and colleagues across various departments.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR best practices and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.

- Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment.
