The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter based in EMEA to lead recruiting efforts for expanding our sales presence across the region. As the sole recruiter in EMEA, you’ll play a critical role in building our regional GTM (go-to-market) organization, which includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a market-leading SaaS company while operating in one of our most strategic regions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience hiring for GTM roles in EMEA, with a strong focus on recruiting top-tier sales talent. You’ll thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while balancing speed and quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, with a focus on building our regional sales presence.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using creative and proactive methods that align with the regional talent market.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted guide throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and leverage insights to optimize recruitment strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends in EMEA, particularly in SaaS and GTM functions, to maintain competitive hiring practices.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for sales roles in EMEA, preferably at SaaS companies.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA talent market and familiarity with regional hiring practices.
  • Candidate-Centric: Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering trust throughout the hiring process.
  • Results-Driven: Skilled at filling roles quickly and effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Collaborative: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strategic: Ability to design and execute innovative hiring strategies that align with Postman’s growth goals.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excels at prioritizing and pivoting as needed.
