We’re about growth – but not just the bottom line. We create a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. We might work across continents and time zones, but that doesn’t stop us from collaborating. We’re connected. We celebrate our successes together, and we unite to tackle the challenges. 41% of our colleagues come from an ethnic or religious minority background. We speak over 20 languages across our 47 nationalities, creating a sense of belonging for all.

At Q, we’re looking for people who share that vision. People like you.

The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Global Partner Marketing Programmes Manager to architect, plan, and drive integrated partner marketing programmes across the full marketing mix. In this role, you will be accountable for building and rolling out strategic campaigns and programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. You will empower and enable regional marketing to execute these programmes locally, while maintaining oversight, integration, and continuous improvement at the global level.

What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Work closely with industry and corporate marketing teams to design, build, and integrate globally consistent, locally adaptable partner marketing programmes and campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned, outcome-focused, and embedded as part of the overall partner marketing strategy and aligned with business priorities.
  • Roll out campaign and event toolkits, enabling effective local execution and adaptation.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies for the market, partners, and internal stakeholders, in partnership with the Quantexa Community, communications, and enablement teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end programme planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring all activities are part of a unified, strategic approach.
  • Own the rollout and adoption of partner enablement programmes via various channels (e.g. in-person, online, Quantexa Community) developed by the enablement team, ensuring effective delivery and engagement across regions.
  • Lead partner integration across all activities at QuanCon, our annual customer event, including sponsorships and session inclusion, content creation during the event, and executive interactions, as part of the broader, integrated partner strategy.
  • Organise and execute the executive Partner Advisory Board (PAB) held during QuanCon, ensuring it is a strategic component of the overall partner engagement programme.
  • Analyse and report on programme performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and holding yourself accountable for outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in integrated partner marketing.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring.

  • Significant background in B2B marketing, complemented by a solid understanding of partner marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programmes and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in communications within the technology industry is highly desirable.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
