ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are looking for a highly experienced Front-End/ UI developer with a strong background in building mission-critical applications, ideally within Financial Markets. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks, and event-driven architectures with a passion for creating scalable, high-performance solutions. You excel at translating complex business needs into robust technical designs and delivering high-quality outcomes. Most importantly, you are motivated by innovation and eager to contribute to a transformative platform that leverages data and automation to redefine decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design and develop mission-critical UX/UI solutions for financial markets applications.
• Build dynamic, programmatic front-end applications using modern web technologies (e.g. HTML5, TypeScript, Material-UI).
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate with back-end services and data processing systems.
• Contribute to the architecture of modern, high-performance systems (microservices, API-first, event-driven).
• Ensure application stability, performance, and availability; provide L3 production support when required.
• Apply best practices in software design to create reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, version control, and static analysis tools to support development and delivery.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing UX/UI for mission-critical applications, preferably in Financial Markets.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end development (including Material-UI and dynamic UI construction).
• Solid experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services and data pipelines.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and modern architectural approaches (microservices, API-first, event-driven systems).
• Experience with some of the following technologies: React, Java, gRPC, Solace.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and static code analysis tools.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Nice to have: experience with Swing/programmatic GUI construction, WebSockets, Web Workers.
