What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with other FDE's and Technical Program Managers to implement Federato
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to provide a strong delivery experience for our customers
- Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation
- This role will be heavily hands-on with coding, including writing and debugging production and integration code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL as part of customer implementations and internal tooling.
Who We Hope You Are:
- Must be based in the UK
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
- Experience interacting with customers previously
- Organizational coordination experience and experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes
- Coding expertise in Javascript and SQL
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
