Job Description

Due to our rapid growth we’re looking for a Finance and Growth Senior Manager to join our Growth team, part of the broader FP&A team. Joining this team you will play an important role in generating and delivering insights on our performance and communicating these to senior stakeholders and externally to our investors.

The role

You’ll need to:

● Provide indepth analysis: Understand relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and modelling.

● Create data driven stories: Explain our growth that will be shared internally with stakeholders and externally to our investors.

● Develop processes to deliver insights: weekly/month/quarterly performance dashboards and decks that tell our growth story.

● Build and maintain growth models: using inputs from across the business develop a cohesive view of why we grow

● Strategic stakeholder engagement: You’ll liaise with key stakeholders and c-suite on key decisions we make and the impact on the wider business.

● Work with an all star team: You will work with a cross functional team including data scientist, analysts and partner with different teams within FP&A and Finance to build out the growth model for Wise.

The experience you’ll need

● You have been a people lead before and have the ability to inspire, support and challenge your team members

● You’ll have several years' experience in finance/data analysis preferably in banking, consultancy or in a high growth tech finance team.

● You are a strong storyteller. You can communicate insights in a clear and structured manner both orally and in writing and have experience communicating and sharing your work with senior stakeholders.

● You are naturally curious about what makes a business tick and have a high degree of business acumen.

● You have experience with complex data analysis, you generated and delivered insights and narratives, built and owned dashboards and visualizations.

● You can work with minimal direction and are comfortable in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
