  • Ensure that effective and robust documentation techniques are used and maintain accurate, confidential records regarding all reported matters and fact-finding documentation
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity when managing employee relations issues and managing reported matters
  • Use HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose root cause issues, and make data-driven recommendations to the business and People teams to drive strategic programs and change
  • Advocate for an inclusive workplace as part of our broader DEI programs
  • Drive accountability and operational excellence in everything we do from case management to delivering on priorities and projects

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
