About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and self-motivated Senior Digital/ Demand Generation Manager to help drive our marketing team’s hyper-growth!
As a Senior Digital/Demand Gen Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, project management, delivery and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns in EMEA. You will manage our digital agency in EMEA on a day to day basis and plan our paid media strategy to drive qualified leads for sales. You will own the planning, build, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns including email campaigns, out-of home campaigns, webinars and nurture programs. You will work closely with the entire marketing team as well as our sales, partnerships, and marketing operations teams to ensure we’re getting the right message to the right person at the right time.
As a member of the EMEA marketing team, you will work with the US campaigns team in order to adapt and localise campaigns for your market and ensure that the right Fivetran content is delivered to our target audience. This role requires a curious mindset and an understanding of the B2B market space. You will also have the opportunity to make this role your own, and have the freedom to explore platforms that interest you!
This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office or based remotely in the UK.

What You’ll Do
- Own the strategic planning, project management, delivery and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns in EMEA
- Own the EMEA digital marketing and campaigns budget
- Define our paid media strategy with our B2B digital marketing agency
- Manage our digital marketing agency on a day to day basis and provide content and updates
- Feedback and report on digital performance to stakeholders
- Build and execute marketing programs
- Write and edit email, social, and landing page copy
- Own messaging to your target audience
- Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and the team at large
- Work cross-functionally with our product, partnership, and content teams on campaigns and communications
- Communicate regularly with our BDR team to ensure MQL qualification and delivery
- A/B test and evaluate campaigns
Skills We’re Looking For
- Background and proven expertise in digital marketing / demand generation
- Knowledge of paid search/ paid social best practices and experience managing digital agencies
- A data driven mindset with a track record of analysing data and making recommendations accordingly
- Marketing copywriting experience
- Experience and enthusiasm working cross-functionally within marketing teams (and beyond)!
- Expert project management skills
- Experience working with Sales teams and reporting on results
- 5-7 years in B2B tech space
- 5-7 years of marketing experience
Bonus Skills
- Marketo, and/or Goldcast proficiency (or similar platforms)
- Marketing operations experience
- Experience and interest in the data space
