What we’re looking for…
As our Senior Digital Activation Manager you will shape how our brands dominate the online environment, leading our digital presence and maximizing brand visibility across our channels, specifically Retail. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of winning digital trading plans, ensuring alignment with Brand Hubs and the Sales Team to optimise product availability and activation. Ultimately, you will own the online best practice, serving as the expert communicator responsible for building brand equity and driving tangible business growth across digital platforms.

As our Senior Digital Activation Manager you will;

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts (buyers, agencies, merchandisers). You will be responsible for developing contract strategies and leading all critical customer meetings, including Brand Planning.
  • Launch Campaigns: Create compelling, insight-led online campaigns aligned with the overall business and specific customer goals.
  • Media Strategy: Lead annual planning including media negotiating investment for Search, online visibility comms, and other digital tactics. Collaborate with customer agencies to refine plans focused on delivering optimal ROAS and deliver against KPIs.
  • Drive Execution: Continuously develop online insights to improve visibility and execution across all customer platforms, maintaining a proactive attitude.
  • Online Sales drive: Directly lead in key accounts achieving their online sales, distribution and brand initiative objectives.
  • Lead Assets: Lead digital asset management for campaigns, including working within a designated Brand Hub (s) for creation and distribution.
  • Evolve Systems: Lead the continuous development of our online asset management systems (e.g., DAM/Brandbank/Swiftcloud) to ensure best-in-class brand representation, syndication of assets and system evolution.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work cross-functionally across departments to ensure the delivery of the overall strategic priorities.

What you’ll bring...

  • Experience of digital marketing in a FMCG / CPG environment 
  • A proven track record of driving online growth in a range of Customers / DTC
  • National head office account management - specifically online or digital
  • Great depth of understanding of the digital channel, with the ability to talk around key topics 
  • Educated to a degree level (or equivalent experience) 
  • Organising & Executing - Able to set clearly defined objectives and monitor performance
  • Results Driven - Striving to do what is right for your customers whilst delivering our own business objectives
  • Able to present with confidence and establish great working relationships with all levels of contact
  • Inquisitive nature - A want to learn new things and constantly evolve in a market that is always moving
  • Initiative - able to take appropriate action before being asked and actively finds solutions to problems. Able to adopt a logical and methodical approach and can be relied upon not to give up and to see jobs through from start to finish
  • Leadership - line management experience is preferred but not essential
