You are:
A highly organized and detail-oriented engineer who excels in communication within diverse, international teams. You have a strong grasp of agile methodologies and are skilled at leading teams in delivering high-quality results efficiently. You have a technical background of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering principles.
- You have experience leading cross-company initiatives and you enjoy it.
- You are a Software Engineer with 2+ years of Experience in Python / Java / Golang or similar. You love OOP design, design patterns, and clean code.
- You have BSc in computer science or equivalent
- An autodidact - You are not afraid to dive deep into new technologies.
- Independent worker - You can take a subject and own it - end to end.
- You are a team player with a strong sense of ownership. We win together, We do what it takes, we figure it out, we help each other – and we win, as a team.
- Experienced with AWS and Kubernetes.
You will:
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Foster collaboration within the team, as well as with other stakeholders, to maintain alignment and focus on deliverables.
- Be a key player in driving Yotpo’s Platform Engineering team towards operational excellence.
- Act as a servant leader for the team, helping remove obstacles and ensure smooth project progress.
- Track and report on team progress using metrics and KPIs.
- Work with team members to manage dependencies and risks effectively.
- Support and encourage team autonomy, accountability, and ownership of deliverables.
