The Role
To achieve our mission, we’re looking for engineers who not only have a strong technical background but also understand the product and can make a meaningful impact on it. We’re currently seeking a Senior DevEx Engineer, to join our SRE team and deliver value across the entire Engineering department by improving the efficiency of our Software Development Lifecycle
Your key responsibilities 🎯
- Improve local testing in order to decrease the feedback loop on changes.
- Implement automations which streamline integration & e2e testing.
- Develop internal tools to enable validation of changes in dynamic production-like environments.
- Enhance observability across build, test, deploy, and runtime stages.
- Collaborate with all Engineering squads to build self-service tooling.
Who you are 👀
- At least 7 years of working experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar position.
- Passion for improving engineering workflows and developer productivity.
- Security awareness with secure-by-default mindset.
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational challenges and propose thorough iterative solutions.
- Experience in working within a cross functional team & collaborative environment.
- Ability to partake in and contribute to technical, design, and retrospective dialog.
- High level of pragmatism.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
