As a Senior Platform Analytics Developer, you’ll be part of the Platform Analytics Team, enabling intelligent reporting, robust integrations, and strong data governance that drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
Role and responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Architect and maintain integrations via Mulesoft and other middleware platforms.
- Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects on Collibra data models and prepare for future process mining initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and empower business users with reusable analytics components.
- Present insights and analytics to stakeholders across all levels.
- Leverage platform upgrades to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Work in Agile Scrum teams, closely collaborating with DevOps engineers and product owners.
As a Senior Platform Analytics Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming ServiceNow data into strategic insights. You’ll design and maintain dashboards using Performance Analytics to monitor key performance indicators, support AI-driven initiatives including generative AI enablement, and ensure secure, governed data access through robust API management. Your work will extend to managing integrations via middleware like Mulesoft, collaborating on Collibra data models, and preparing for future process mining capabilities—all while upholding data quality, consistency, and compliance across the platform.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with ITSM tools and processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Analytics (Performance Analytics, Now Intelligence).
- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and customization.
- Experience with ITSM and ITBM modules.
- Proven experience in Agile environments and Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cross-functional collaboration.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Platform Analytics (CIS-PA)
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- ITIL Foundation
