Join a dynamic Data Management team at Westpac NZ where we act now - pairing AI-enabled insight with disciplined data practices to create better, safer outcomes for customers, colleagues, and communities. In this role you’ll lift data trust at scale, shaping how we govern, protect, and activate data so we can move both faster and smarter.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • Deep expertise in Data Quality and broader Data Management—profiling, measurement, and remediation

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or similar enterprise platforms

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and AI tools including Microsoft Copilot

  • Confidence with delivery/collaboration tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)

  • Business process mapping & modelling skills to influence end-to-end data flows

  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement—clear, human-centred communication

  • An agile, adaptable, improvement mindset; a T-shaped curiosity to grow breadth and depth

  • Ideally, knowledge of data governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
