Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical supply forecasting and planning systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize forecasting models for clinical studies.
- Manage system configuration, integrations, testing, and user support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient clinical supply planning and execution.
- Monitor supply forecasts, inventory levels, risks, and study requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and data quality enhancements.
- Develop training materials, support documentation, and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clinical supply planning technologies and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical development, or related areas.
- Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and clinical supply management.
- Experience with planning systems, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of global clinical trials and clinical supply processes.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
