About the Role:

Join a fast-growing, international team as our Senior Business Systems Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our NetSuite ERP environment across Europe. This fully remote, EU-based position offers the chance to work on impactful projects, drive automation, and support our business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing:

  •  Deliver fully functional, tested, and documented SuiteScript and SuiteFlow customizations according to business requirements.

  • Learn how to use Camunda and replace the existing integrations with our internal solution (if possible)

  • Successfully implement at least one major integration or workflow automation per quarter that measurably improves operational efficiency.

  • Ensure user roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports meet the evolving needs of business units while maintaining security compliance.

  • Consolidated historical workflows and scripts to optimize the performance of the NetSuite platform

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • Previous experience with NetSuite for a software company

  • Previous experience with building and maintaining integrations

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working for company with rigorous SOX controls

  • Experience working with auditors and internal controls

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $130,200 to $214,800

  • Germany: €84,100 to €139,200

  • United Kingdom: £81,800 to £122,600

  • Singapore: S$161,700 to S$242,600

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
