Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at Bose as a Business Process Optimization Expert, where you'll play a key role collaborating with Leadership in executing the company's operating strategy and long-range vision. In this highly collaborative and visible role, you’ll apply lean methodologies and best practices to optimize end-to-end processes across Account to Report, Customer to Cash, Source to Pay, and Order Management. As a process expert, you'll drive continuous improvement, simplify complexity, and enhance operational efficiency and quality.

As a Business Process Optimization Expert, you will be responsible for:
Process Design & Optimization – Lead the assessment, redesign, and implementation of end-to-end business processes within a Business Services Operation and/or its supporting Corporate functions.
Operational Excellence – Conduct in-depth current-state process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. across any GBS operation—driving greater efficiency, transparency, and agility.
Data-Driven Decision Support – Develop metrics, dashboards, and process models that help leadership make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Change Leadership – Collaborate across global teams to implement new processes, tools, and governance models; ensure adoption through effective communication and training.
Strategic Partnership – Partner with the different levels of Senior Leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic priorities and enterprise transformation goals.
Process Ownership – Run and maintain multiple processes, from simple procedures to much more complex workflow operating models. Performing root cause analysis where process performance is not meeting targets, implementing and testing countermeasures, refining as appropriate.
Partnering with operational teams to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and ongoing process governance, including the creation and maintenance of process maps, standard operating procedures and policies.
Providing continuous coaching and expert counsel as needed to stakeholders, ensuring compliance to procedures and policies.
Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams to assess system capabilities and identify areas for automation and integration.
Recommend technology enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required skills & competences for the success of this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or transformation roles in a Global environment.
Proven record of leading and delivering complex process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to work across functions and management levels.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with change management principles and stakeholder engagement in matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding and/or knowledge of business operations.
Experience in documenting and creating process documents.
Experience with Lucid chart, Smartsheet, Confluence and Agile methodologies.
A change agent who is flexible, able to adapt to constant changes in a fast-paced environment and who will continuously challenge traditional thinking.
Power BI, Automation Anywhere & PMG skills- plus.
Experience in process mining applications -plus.
