Team Overview:
This team provides direct support to the Markets Operations Leadership team as a strategic advisor and communications expert.
What you’ll do:

Leading the creation and execution of communication and employee engagement strategy across the Organisation, including presenting on strategy Operations leadership regularly
-
Implementing a successful People and Engagement strategy, including analysis and response to employee engagement surveys, to help attract, develop, retain and recognize our people
-
Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder engagement and governance forums
-
Analysis of progress against selected strategic objectives - communicating key risks, defining mitigation strategies and helping to oversee to resolution

Identify trends, synergies and weaknesses across regions, identifying opportunities for global alignment

Developing, analysing and maintaining metrics for measuring success, opportunities for improvement, management reporting and escalation
What we’ll need from you:

Expertise in crafting internal and external communications strategy, in a global, fast-paced organisation

Experience in a global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organisation preferred

We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.
