The Team:
The Celonis brand strategy and UX team drives and facilitates brand leadership as a key competitive advantage. Core areas of impact include brand research, brand strategy, and brand user experience across digital touchpoints, enabling the management of brand performance and impact for business. The brand team collaborates closely with key experience teams from brand, marketing, digital, customer, product, and employee experience.
This position is Madrid based with hybrid work model.
The Role:
This role is instrumental in driving brand leadership through brand research, its integration, and activation, to enhance the impact of brand strategy and support operationalizing brand management across all touch points.
- Managing the brand measurement and strategic KPI landscape. Developing, generating brand research and translating insights for brand strategy and creative projects, as well as their activation across teams.
- Building an in-house brand research structure, applying advanced methods (AI), and enhancing the integration of the research metrics with other teams CX and Marketing
The work you’ll do:
- Conduct in-depth research on brand perception, customer and prospect sentiment, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define effective research scopes based on company strategy and stakeholder questions, then determine research methods.
- Translate research insights into actionable brand strategies and projects.
- Inform and communicate research findings to GTM/teams.
- Advance established brand research methods and structures using new means (Gen AI and new technologies) to drive efficiencies, scalability, and impact.
- Support the integration of brand performance measurement with GTM/M and business performance measurement, showing the correlation between brand impact and GTM/M success metrics.
- Align brand research scopes, timings, and share-outs with existing structures, methods, and approaches.
The qualifications you need:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning frameworks, brand building principles, and marketing concepts.
- Data analysis, market and brand research experience.
- Background: Market Research, Master in BA, Statistics, Economics, Social Science,
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex data, insights, and research methods. Strategic recommendations to various stakeholders, both in written form and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally in a co-creative way, leading the brand research objective
- Business and brand acumen: Understanding the business context and how branding impacts overall business goals and strategy.
- Technological / AI skill set: Leverage the latest AI capabilities and technologies to drive efficiencies in the brand research and its methods.
