What you will do:

  • Regional Impact – Take ownership of marketing activities at a local or regional level, supporting business growth across multiple markets.

  • Marketing & Sales Collaboration – Work closely with Brand and Marketing Managers to develop and execute strategies that enhance sales performance.

  • Campaign Development & Execution – Drive and support central and local marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful actions and campaigns.

  • Market Insights & Analysis – Gather and analyze internal and external market data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

  • Sales Enablement & Training – Develop roadmaps, provide training, and support new product launches to equip the sales team for success.

  • Tactical Execution – Create sales tools, support trade shows, develop marketing materials, take the lead in organizing customer events, and enhance brand visibility through presentations and publicity efforts.

  • Field Support – Provide hands-on sales support in the field to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and real-world execution.

What you need:
 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar qualification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Brand Management or Marketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business success.

  • Analytical skills to provide valuable insights and set impactful KPIs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Capable of persuading and driving initiatives forward, even without direct authority.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • A valid Class B driver’s license.
     

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the medical device industry or marketing.

  • Experience in event management or project management.

Additional Information:

  • This is an 18-month fixed-term position covering parental leave. It offers a great opportunity to gain experience and contribute to key projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Travel activity can be up to 30%, including occasional external overnight stays.

  • The remaining time will be spent working from home or, depending on your place of residence, at one of our Stryker locations.
