Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions from data to production
• Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize advanced machine learning models
• Productionize models using MLOps best practices, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to solve business problems
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive ML standards and best practices
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and ensure responsible, ethical AI usage
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of hands on experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
• Experience deploying models to production environments with MLOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
• Solid expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn)
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Proficiency in data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of CI/CD, model monitoring, and performance optimization
• Proven solid problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and work cross functionally with product and data teams
