Your RoleWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior AI Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. This is a hands-on role where you'll primarily be responsible for training, testing and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring that content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.
Main MissionTrain, Test and Develop AI Characters: You will be responsible for training and testing various AI characters and their LoRas, working with different models and environments, ensuring their looks are consistent, creative, original and engaging
Assist with Character Development: Use AI tools to assist in creating character profiles and ensuring they feel dynamic, realistic, and aligned with user expectations
As a member of the Content Team, you’ll be responsible for:
LoRa Training: Train new AI characters every week, following a release plan
Character Testing: Test AI characters extensively, ensuring they function properly and create engaging user experiences, following an established workflow
Content Development: Follow trends and data, to ensure that all content is unique, fresh, and reflective of popular trends
Maintain Content Freshness: Continuously review content to ensure it remains aligned with our company standards and is culturally relevant
Research & Development: Research techniques, models, LoRas, workflows, and new character concepts. Present new ideas to the team to keep characters relevant and innovative
Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, developers, and other creatives to test new features, collaborate on content, and ensure consistent quality across features and releases
Support Various Testing Efforts: Participate in testing new features with different departments as needed
Technical Skills: You should have experience with Kohya ss, StableDiffusion and ComfyUI, and a variety of checkpoints and models (Pony, Flux, etc.) for image generation , prompting and LoRa training. You will mainly focus on training character LoRas segmented by age groups and ethnicities, but also work on research to discover new techniques and workflows to constantly innovate and improve your outputs
Creativity & Open-Mindedness: You should have an aptitude for character creation, and face selection, while thinking outside the box to find the details that will differentiate your character from another
Experience with Internet Culture: You should be familiar with popular trends, online communities, and what makes content engaging for both SFW and NSFW users
Comfort with Repetitive Training and Testing: This role involves extensive training and testing of characters and new features
Attention to Detail: Ensure characters are well-rounded, original, and maintain a consistently high level of quality over time
