- Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active client accounts.
- Lead recurring client meetings and provide timely follow-up communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage expectations, priorities, timelines, and project delivery.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Own projects from planning through final delivery using ClickUp or a similar project management platform.
- Coordinate internal teams, assign priorities, and monitor workloads.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Develop and support SEO strategies and long-term growth plans.
- Review website performance, analytics, and campaign results.
- Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities.
- Review reports, content, audits, and client deliverables before publication.
- Support website launches and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate work across remote delivery teams.
- Monitor capacity, workloads, and project priorities.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare operational updates and communicate project status to leadership.
- Help improve internal processes and delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 6–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 5 years within a marketing or digital agency.
- Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, Google Search Console, and reporting.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication (C1/C2).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience overseeing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with WordPress and website staging environments.
- Experience supporting U.S. or international clients within construction, home services, or real estate industries.
- Experience using Toggl or similar time-tracking platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional remote teams.
