monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Senior Account Manager - Partners who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our key partners across all segments of their accounts.

This role is highly strategic and diverse and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners by a combination of hands-on approach and relationship management with key accounts as well as scaled operation and enablement, delivering multi-million $ performance from account expansion.

This role is based in our London office and will be a hybrid working role with 3 days per week in the office.


About The Role:

  • Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of account management across existing accounts portfolio (>500+ clients) high profile monday.com partners
  • Balance your time and resources to achieve maximal impact and performance via a combination of hands-on work, scaled operation, and 1 to many enablement.
  • Collaborate with partners, partners managers, success managers, and more.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships account management practices, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Own your partner’s portfolio expansion targets and deliver the results
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Support partners where required, with general guidance or on sales calls to close opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales/ business development positions - must
  • Proven experience in SaaS Account Management - must
  • French OR German language skills at the native level is a MUST
  • Experience in handling Enterprise sales and account management - must
  • 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - advantage
  • M multi-tasking and prioritizations skills
  • Strong sales background - with a track record - from an opportunity to close
  • Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
  • Account and quota planning skills
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a winning approach
