Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Securities Services Sales Manager, Vice President, you will be focusing on French clients across segments, with an emphasis on private equity and alternative managers. In this role, you will drive strategic dialogues with J.P. Morgan's key clients and prospects, aiming to retain and sustainably grow our existing book of business. You will be an energetic, hands-on business developer with a deep understanding of the Securities Services industry, particularly in fund administration services for alternative clients.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive client and prospect dialogues based on J.P. Morgan's value proposition, promoting our franchise in France.
  • Manage prospect engagement to ensure J.P. Morgan is included in new business opportunities from the in-scope prospective client base.
  • Act as the commercial and strategic lead for existing clients, managing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Product partners to establish product solutions based on emerging industry trends.
  • Integrate client demands, trends, and buying behavior into the broader global client and Product strategy.
  • Prepare and customize materials for clients and prospects to showcase J.P. Morgan's product offerings and drive strategic dialogues.
  • Work with client-facing colleagues across JP Morgan and other firm areas to create comprehensive client and prospect plans, including services beyond Securities Services.
  • Engage with senior staff and key decision-makers within and beyond the French and offshore market to determine strategy and offer solutions that create sustainable value.
  • Maintain information on in-scope segments, prospects, and target institutions, providing regular structured management updates.
  • Represent J.P. Morgan at industry events and conferences, acting as a speaker, panelist, or moderator to enhance our thought leadership and market position.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven track record and business development success in similar sales roles, particularly in managing sales pipelines and French client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in the Financial Industry, with specific expertise in fund administration and asset servicing for French clients, focusing on alternative and institutional clients.
  • Affinity for the financial services sector, comfortable discussing financial topics with prospective clients.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills, with a trusted network in the French financial industry.
  • Connections to decision-makers in various target client segments, up to C-level.
  • Specific working knowledge of the Securities Services product suite (e.g., Global Custody, Depository Services, fund accounting, securities lending, FX, cash management, outsourcing, clearing, and collateral management).
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
