We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of digital projects and help teams work effectively within agile and hybrid environments. You’ll act as a servant leader - facilitating collaboration, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery teams can focus on achieving outcomes that align with organisational goals.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and delivery outcomes.
- Remove blockers and manage dependencies to help teams maintain steady progress.
- Support the Product Manager and Delivery Manager in prioritising and managing the backlog.
- Promote agile best practices and help teams continuously improve processes and collaboration.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide accurate reporting on sprint outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and support the adoption of agile values across the organisation.
- Ensure delivery aligns with organisational objectives, quality standards, and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and cross-team sessions to build understanding and alignment.

About You
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within digital, data, or technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and delivery lifecycle management.
- Skilled at facilitating meetings and workshops, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Ability to identify and remove delivery obstacles while maintaining team morale and momentum.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to enhance performance.
- Familiarity with public sector or large-scale transformation projects is desirable but not essential.
