About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM/LE/WM Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Supply Chain modules across multiple projects. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and deploy SAP LE/WM/EWM solutions to drive business process improvements and integration with logistics and warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end SAP SCM/LE/WM implementations, covering blueprinting, gap analysis, design, testing, and post-production support.
· Manage integration with external TMS systems and 3PL warehouse/logistics providers via EDI.
· Automate warehouse and production receipt processes using RF functionality in SAP.
· Develop expertise in delivery and shipment processing, shipment costs, and accruals.
· Oversee integration of SAP LE/WM/EWM with PP, MM, and SD modules.
· Work closely with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
· Lead the requirements gathering and design functional enhancements to improve processes.
· Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP systems with non-SAP applications and provide ongoing troubleshooting support.
· Develop functional specifications, cost estimates, and solutions proposals.
· Provide user training, support, and documentation for successful system adoption.
· Lead cross-functional communication and guide teams through business decisions to optimize SAP processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in the SAP Supply Chain domain, with a focus on SAP LE/WM/EWM modules.
· At least 3 end-to-end SAP SCM/LE/WM implementations, including integration with SD and PP modules.
· 5+ years of experience as an SAP LE/WM functional or techno-functional consultant.
· Strong hands-on experience with SAP LE/WM/EWM processes, including shipment processing, RF functionality, and integration with external systems.
· Experience with SAP and TMS integration.
· Knowledge of logistics and warehouse requirements in EMEA and North American regions.
· Familiarity with ABAP (basic debugging skills a plus).
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional integration in SAP environments.
