The Team
Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Lead to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Semiconductor/Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensive program delivery experience, and a strong understanding of semiconductor/telecom manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance processes. The Program Lead will be accountable for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, solution delivery, risk management, and business transformation across global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Requirements
- Deep proven experience of the Semi Conductor/Telecom industry.
- Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor/Telecom or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- 15+ years of consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Semiconductor/Telecom manufacturing processes
- Supply chain planning
- Demand management
- Procurement and sourcing
- Inventory and logistics
- Manufacturing execution integration
- Global finance operations
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.
- In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.
- Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Substantial experience in leading teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
- Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.
- Proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
