DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our in-house SAP team in our IT department. You will play a central role in our Digital Transformation initiatives, by implementing our next-generation cloud-based ERP, SAP S/4 HANA. This position is based at Kryoneri (Athens).
Responsibilities
- Support and participate in Business Analysis and Solution Design for business processes to be implemented on our current and future SAP ERP system
- Prepare Functional & Design Specification Documents
- Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP modules
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP modules (Best Practices)
- Work with external Consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption
- Creation / Modification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training of associates of the IT department or other departments
- Provide support and training to SAP Key Users
- Train End-Users and ensure documentations are done as per the company’s standard
- Create and Modify Conceptual Design documents (Business Blueprints)
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or similar
- A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as an SAP consultant, including at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project, with a strong preference for proficiency in the SAP SD and FI/CO modules
- Understanding of change management processes and procedures in a SAP ERP environment
- Experience on maintaining functional and technical documentation (functional requirements, design, architecture flows etc.)
- Working closely with business stakeholders as well as assisting in defining key capabilities/requirements
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA will be considered a plus
