As a Salesforce Implementer, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with innovative technological solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you’ll identify opportunities for impact and translate them into scalable processes powered by advanced tools and AI. About The Role
- Lead impactful Salesforce implementations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Accurately translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with system design best practices.
- Take ownership of implementation tasks from initial setup through successful delivery and validation.
- Build and enhance Salesforce using declarative tools (Custom Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, etc.).
- Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a culture that values ownership and innovation
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using APIs and data migration tools (f.e Workato)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Leverage an analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends or issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business systems and process efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin role at minimum) — objects/fields, flows/workflows, approval processes, user management, etc.
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant Certification (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Triggers) — a strong advantage.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs or data migration tool (e.g. Workato) - an advantage.
- Experience with AI technologies and business process optimization (great advantage!)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
- Adaptability and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - preferred
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000-$140,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
