Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on sprint planning.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop user stories and guide UAT.
- Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira.
- Take ownership of critical system components, becoming a Salesforce expert.
- Gathering requirements based on business use cases
- Create clean and elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain essential documentation.
- Lead and participate in calls with the internal Salesforce team and key business contacts.
- Manage deployments of new functionality.
- Review Salesforce release documentation and assess its impact.
- Monitor data quality in Salesforce and suggest resolution processes.
- Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.
Required Skills:
- Competent with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and SOQL Queries
- Proven experience in developing Lightning Web Components and applications in a variety of settings
- Some knowledge of Visualforce would be beneficial to support legacy applications but not required.
- Proficient in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula Fields
- Able to follow best practices in maintaining Profiles and Permission Sets
- Solid skills in building Flows, including Record Triggered and Screen Flows
- Confident with Validation Rules
- Experience with Record Types and how they impact and benefit a system
- A deep understanding of Products and Price Books – any CPQ experience will be highly beneficial
- Comfortable working with Cases, Opportunities, and Quotes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge (Beneficial)
