What You'll Do
Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions spanning Product Catalog, CPQ, Contracts, Billing, and Order-to-Cash, enhanced with Agentforce-driven automation.
Agentforce Enablement: Architect autonomous Agentforce agents, topics, and actions that support pricing, contract validation, billing adjustments, and renewal decisions across the revenue lifecycle.
Platform Strategy: Provide thought leadership on integrating Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management with core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Implementation Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Integration Design: Architect and oversee integrations between Revenue Cloud, ERP, billing, and financial platforms - and, for services-driven clients, PSA solutions - using composable APIs and middleware.
Governance & Standards: Develop best practices, development standards, and AI/automation governance - establishing policy ownership and execution boundaries for autonomous agents - for Revenue Cloud implementations.
Innovation: Assess and recommend new Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AppExchange capabilities that enhance revenue operations and commercial excellence.
Mentorship: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring development teams in Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices.
Who You Are
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce architect with deep expertise in Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management, and a strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of Revenue Cloud solutions - augmented by autonomous Agentforce agents - that optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and renewal operations across our clients' commercial engines. The ideal candidate pairs Quote-to-Cash and Agentforce depth with core Salesforce platform mastery, ensuring scalable, efficient, and intelligent solutions that drive business outcomes. Given TechTorch's focus on services-driven, PE-backed businesses, experience extending Revenue Cloud into professional services delivery (PSA) is a strong plus.
Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management
Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing / Rate Management, Product Configurator, CPQ (Configure, Price & Quote), and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Experience architecting Agentforce agents (topics and actions) that autonomously support pricing, contract validation, billing adjustments, and renewals.
Deep understanding of the contracting lifecycle - new business, amendments, renewals, and terminations - via Salesforce Contracts / CLM, including e-signature workflows.
Experience with Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and Order-to-Cash automation.
Experience with Invoice Management / Billing, and integrating billing systems (e.g., NetSuite SuiteBilling, Zone Billing) and tax engines (e.g., Avalara).
Knowledge of Data Cloud and Einstein AI for embedded analytics and intelligent, data-driven agent actions is a plus.
AI-Native
Demonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted solution design, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and AI-supported configuration and code generation.
Comfortable with “vibe coding” and conversational development workflows: using natural language prompts to generate, refine, test, and explain Apex, Flow logic, LWC, integrations, APIs, and solution prototypes while maintaining strong engineering discipline.
Hands-on familiarity with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder for designing, testing, and refining autonomous agent behavior.
Salesforce Core Platform
Strong proficiency across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
Knowledge of PSA capabilities (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) is a plus.
Architecture & Integration
Proven experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, HCM, and financial systems, including composable APIs.
Familiarity with middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, data synchronization, and governance models - including governance for autonomous AI agents.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear business outcomes.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, including mentoring and coaching.
Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant and/or CPQ Specialist preferred.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist preferred.
PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) are a plus.
