What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience, with proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a client organization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate our solutions, analytics, industry insights, and the TransUnion value proposition
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate a matrixed environment and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (business-related field preferred) or equivalent experience
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for key meetings or events as needed
Impact You'll Make:
- Support onboarding activities for new customers, including facilitating legal reviews, initiating InfoSec and Business Application processes, and managing meeting follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics and resources for client-facing meetings, internal strategy discussions, and account planning sessions
- Assist with event and conference preparation to ensure exceptional representation of TransUnion
- Collaborate with Industry Executives to strengthen pipeline development efforts
- Act as an advocate for prospective customers by understanding their business models, industry dynamics, and challenges—and translating these insights into meaningful engagements
- Contribute to enhancements of sales tools and processes, including Salesforce
- Partner with Client Executives to ensure smooth handoffs during account transitions

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $75,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
