Job Summary
We're recruiting a Maternity Cover in a Sales Support role lasting 12 months, supporting our UK/Regional Team and handling UK-based and European clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- First line of support for daily enquiries from customers in the UK and Europe, including project management, logistics, technical, and regulatory documentation support.
- Price list management, including SAP pricing input.
- Coordination with Factory and Creative Centres for orders, samples, and troubleshooting.

- Relationship management and strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.

- High level of initiative.
- Methodical thinker with a flair for both numbers and creative projects.
- Ability to manage time under pressure.
- Knowledge of SAP and project management systems.
- Superior knowledge of Excel.
