Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team, based in Ormeau. This role will cover the Gold Coast North territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
  • Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

Qualifications

  • An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
  • Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
  • Customer focused with strong time management abilities
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship
  • Must have valid driver's license 
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Good attention to detail
