This outstanding opportunity allows you to optimize the sales team's technology infrastructure and processes, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales performance.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and optimize sales technology infrastructure and processes.
  • Implement and lead SFDC-related initiatives to improve sales operations
  • Work with business and IT partners to gather, understand, and implement business requirements.
  • Ensure satisfactory end user support through technical knowledge, friendly service, and expert execution
  • Lead and maintain the integrity of data within the sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Improve sales results by analysing data and planning effectively.
  • Act as Customer Allegiance Advocate and lead all aspects of the program related to sales operations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to determine and address operational needs.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and tools.
  • Support training team in providing vital end user trainings of sales platforms
