The Sales Operations Business Analyst will provide market intelligence, manage sales data, support CRM maintenance, and coordinate RFQ processes in the Pharmaceutical industry.
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a business leader in Pharmaceutical Industry, is currently seeking for a SALES OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST, in its premises in South Athens.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Intelligence
- Provide market intelligence, costing and target pricing information
- Analyze and provide reports on market sales data via MIDAS/IQVIA online platform
- Scout and benchmark online market pricing; feed insights into target pricing models
- Develop and maintain cost/price intelligence modelling to support target pricing and Focus selling initiatives
Reporting
- Managing and maintaining master data information (i.e. sales/quotation databases, contract management data)
- Record, screen, and consolidate Commercial Sales data (new business agreements), ensuring proper monthly and annual reporting requirements
- Maintain and update Sales Pipeline database
- Coordinate and prepare monthly and annual management commercial reports
- Monitor and report Business Development activity (Lead Management, Sales Effectiveness)
RfQ Process
- Coordinating RFQ workflow: track progress, flag issues, and drive timely quote delivery
- Preparing weekly internal tracking reports and related RFQ status weekly management reports
- Providing maintenance and continuous improvement of internal Quotation tools and templates
CRM
- CRM Master data setup and maintenance
- Monitoring sales team data input, to ensure coherence and accuracy of data input by Sales teams.
- Supporting sales team on updating CRM platform with additional information and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage timelines and setting priorities
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, Operations
- Prior experience ins Sales Operations, Commercial Reporting, Market Intelligence / Pricing within Pharma/CDMO is considered a strong asset
- Excellent command of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Power point)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (at minimum know how on Pivot Tables, look up functions, and a plus if there is experience in Power Query, macros/VBA for automated reporting)
- Data analytics, ability to integrate data from different sources.
- Know how on Power BI report development, data modeling, dashboard design is a strong plus
- Hands‑on use of CRM platforms (MS Dynamics 365 Sales) is a plus
