What will I be doing?
As Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Operations team with operational excellence. You’ll play a key part in evolving Kaluza’s Sales tooling ecosystem including deal management, pipeline tracking, and reporting commercial activity to the wider business.
You will refine and manage Kaluza’s tooling infrastructure to drive efficiency and enable data-led, scalable commercial activity.
This role will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will play a central role in executing sales processes and improving team efficiency.
Your key responsibilities broadly include:
- Building out and managing core sales tooling (e.g. HubSpot and Kaluza knowledgebase) for improved sales productivity
- Optimizing and streamlining processes across deal management and opportunity tracking
- Automating and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management on deal status’, key metrics and OKRs
- Maintaining and improving internal knowledge base to ensure teams have easy access to accurate, up-to-date resources.
- Collaborating with wider teams to ensure tools and processes align with business needs.

Desirable knowledge and experience
- You have experience sales operations, analytics or similar
- You have experience in software sales or similar
